License Key and Support Services Pricing

• Upon purchase, the License Key will be sent to the Buyer's Email Address.

*Number of Computers and New License Key Registration Defined:

The Purchase of a single (one) new License Key can be used to register one single installation of Give'em a Break software at one physical postal address location and on 1 (one) single computer. Example: If you purchase a License Key for $450.00, you can use the License Key to register up to a total of 5 (five) installations of Give'em a Break software on 5 different computers and those 5 computers can be physically located at the same postal address location or at different postal address locations.

• Upon purchase, the License Key will be sent to the Buyer's Email Address.

*Number of Computers and Additional License Key Registration Defined:

The Purchase of an Additional License Key can be used to register one single installation of Give'em a Break software at one physical postal address location and on 1 (one) single computer. Example: If you purchase a License Key for $349.00, you can use the License Key to register up to a total of 5 (five) installations of Give'em a Break software on 5 different computers and those 5 computers can be physically located at the same postal address location or at different postal address locations.

• Upon purchase, Remote Support Services will be supplied to the Buyer for 30 days

*Number of Shift Schedulers Defined:

The Purchase of Support Services can be used to receive remote priority same day support via email or telephone for a period of 30 calendar days of the Purchase Date. Support Services are defined and limited to one single Give'em a Break shift scheduler only and at one physical postal address location. Example: If you purchase Support Services for $249.00, you can use the Service and allow our support staff to completely configure one Shift Scheduler of Give'em a Break software at one physical postal address location and up to a maximum of 5 (five) different physical locations using the same purchased Support Services.

A purchase of Support Services includes:

Receiving your company's employee data such as: Employee Names, Employee Email Addresses, Employee Phone Numbers, Employee ID Numbers, Employee Work Days and Shift Hours and any other pertinent Employee Data and Company information that you would like to be included in the Shift Scheduler. Once our Support Staff receives your data and instructions, they will assign a Technician to your Customer Account. The Technician will then add all of your employee/business data into a Shift Scheduler. The Technician will then prepare the Shift Scheduler for workday shift operations based on your vision and business model. The Technician will then export your customized Shift Scheduler configuration and supply the configuration to you in the form of a .dat file. Your business will then import the custom .dat file into the existing installation of Give'em a Break located at your place of business. These Support Services are offered to business owners/operators that may not have the time or inclination to setup and configure Give'em a Break software. *Upon your direction, all business related information supplied to Business Logic Solutions for the sole purpose of Give'em a Break management operations will be immediately destroyed and unrecoverable. Business Logic Solutions does not sell, rent or give away any of our customer proprietary information for whatever reason at any time. Your assurance in our confidentiality is guaranteed.
